Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner closely with the IT Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify technical and operational challenges in global IT equipment deployment
• Design and present customized IT solution packages, including device procurement and lifecycle management
• Act as the technical representative in client engagements, managing demos and IT security reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS or IT Asset Management
• Strong understanding of IT procurement and device lifecycle management
• Ability to discuss APIs and systems architecture with various stakeholders
• Experience supporting enterprise clients in multi-country environments is a bonus
