Key Responsibilities
- Conducting effective product demonstrations and leading client workshops to gather data and uncover business challenges
- Configuring the no-code platform for customized demonstrations and building relationships with prospective customers
- Providing feedback to the Product team and collaborating with Customer Success for a seamless post-sale experience
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Manager role
- Proficiency in conducting software demonstrations and client-facing presentations
- Curiosity and a desire to understand customer problems and effectively communicate solutions
- Ability to tailor messages to different audiences quickly
- Passion for SaaS applications and understanding the value of the platform
