A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Post Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers through product demonstrations and communications
- Influence product strategy and priorities based on customer feedback to enhance adoption and retention
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
- Strong project management skills in a startup environment
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
- Ideally has prior B2B SaaS experience
