Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide first-level support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Intake and resolve technical product support requests from customers through various channels
- Provide quality service and ensure customer inquiries are addressed in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in applicable systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, and/or Slack is a plus
- Prior experience in a support or service role within the Automotive, SaaS, or MarTech industries is a plus
- Ability to work defined shifts, including weekends or later shifts as assigned
