Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Medicaid member inquiries using a computerized system and standard procedures
- Gather information, assess caller needs, and document calls while resolving inquiries
- Provide information regarding member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- Background screening required
- A minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience
