Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and help solve their problems and concerns
- Report issues to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers

- Proficiency in Spanish (Upper-Intermediate level)
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
