Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital performance marketing strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic Display
- Oversee daily operations of paid media campaigns and drive initiatives for optimization and alignment with business objectives
- Manage media budget strategy and capital allocation to maximize growth and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic Display
- Strong background in data analysis and incrementality testing
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of digital marketers
- Expertise in capital allocation and media budget strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
