Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to oversee Customer Relationship Management and Email Marketing Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing automation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer journeys for various audience segments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Administrator Certification required
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on technology
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and email marketing compliance
