Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to develop insights on behaviors, pain points, and lifetime value
- Collaborate with Marketing & Retention teams to prioritize projects based on analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assess the impact of projects on key metrics
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in marketing analytics, including attribution, CRM, and experimentation
- Strong understanding of SaaS/subscription/retention business metrics
- Proficient in SQL with experience in querying relational databases
- Familiarity with technologies like dbt and LookML is a plus
- Experience with D2C businesses and their data stacks is a plus
