Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts and invoices for accuracy, ensuring proper approvals and timely partner payments
• Assess and improve accounts payable processes, including researching automation solutions
• Act as the main point of contact for payment inquiries and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• US Citizen or Green card holder
• Experience with cloud-based software and advanced Excel functions
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Sage Intacct is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture
