Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and maintain data architecture, models, and standards for data integration and warehousing
• Research and develop data solutions for BI development and visualization
• Maintain data infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability across workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of experience in data engineering, with 2+ years in GCP BigQuery environments
• Proficiency in DBT, advanced SQL, and Python for data processing and automation
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ELT design
• Experience with GCP services such as Dataform, Cloud DataStream, and Cloud Storage
