Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer (SMC Cloud Ops) to develop and release tools for Self-Managed Commerce customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, release, support, and maintain tools for third-party use
• Lead the development of infrastructure-as-code and CI tools for customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to infrastructure, CI, and deployment solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Linux, networking, and TCP/IP fundamentals
• Proficient in building, configuring, and securing Kubernetes clusters
• Knowledge of Jenkins configuration and Pipelines
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm for complex solutions
• Ability to investigate TCP/IP issues using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump
