Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead and enhance their DevOps practices and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define a DevOps roadmap and drive adoption of best practices
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and cloud infrastructure
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor teams on DevOps practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps experience
• 5+ years of production experience with AWS infrastructures
• 3+ years of production experience with Terraform
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling
• Proficient with AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Datadog
