Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise
• Drive architectural improvements and collaborate on high-quality software solutions
• Conduct code reviews and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with 3+ years in a Senior Software Engineer II role
• Expertise in software development, including proficiency in SpringBoot, Java, RHEL OS, Docker, and Oracle
• 5-7+ years of experience with relational databases and ETL processes
• 3-5+ years of experience with No-SQL databases
