Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Conversion Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and development of advanced machine learning projects for the ads conversion modeling team
• Coach and mentor engineers within the conversion modeling team
• Design and build large-scale machine learning models to enhance user ads action prediction

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 6+ years of industry experience in building production machine learning systems at scale
• 2+ years of experience leading projects or teams
• Strong mathematical skills with knowledge of statistical methods
• Background in computational advertising is preferred, but not required
