Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff R&D Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct complex projects involving multiple teams and ensure seamless integration with activities beyond the project scope
• Empower teams to achieve project goals while managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating regular updates
• Proactively identify risks and strategize to resolve issues, maintaining project momentum and refining project management methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of managing multiple technical projects and leading distributed teams
• Experience with Information Security concepts, practices, and tools is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work environment
