Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of a Product Search Service managing hundreds of millions of objects
• Design and implement complex systems and solutions while ensuring engineering excellence
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance engineering team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in distributed systems and software development principles
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong command of Golang, Python, and experience with embedding technologies
• Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and experience with model training and optimization
