Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Platform (PST only).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale foundational services and infrastructure for engineering teams
• Establish engineering best practices and enhance operational excellence across the platform
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and provide technical guidance and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing scalable distributed platform services
• Extensive expertise with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Expertise in core platform languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Scala
