Staff UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff UX Designer to join their Rider Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft user experiences from concepts to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes based on user insights and business goals
• Contribute to and enhance Design Systems, applying and evolving shared design patterns
• Define the creative vision for Rider Experience on iOS and Android, collaborating with product managers and engineers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing and shipping consumer-facing products across various platforms
• Deep expertise in mobile app design, preferably in transportation or hardware-integrated products
• Proven ability to drive strategic direction for complex end-to-end product design solutions
• Strong user-centered design approach informed by research and understanding of user journeys
• Highly proficient in Figma and comfortable with rapid iteration of ideas
