Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appeals and Letters Coordinator to support the processing of denial-related communications and appeals in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely processing of denial-related and member-oriented written communications according to protocol
- Act as a liaison for internal and external communication regarding appeals and denials
- Document and communicate appeal and denial information, including writing member-facing and client-facing letters
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted registered clinical license in state of residence (e.g., RN, PT, OT, or ST)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant field
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work four or more holidays per year on a rotating basis
- Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access at home
