Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Director to oversee the Employee Assistance Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical aspects of the EAP program
• Supervise and audit substance abuse cases every 6 months
• Review and consult on priority cases such as threats and substance abuse

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in a clinical mental health field
• 10+ years of clinical supervisory experience
• State-licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or CEAP)
