Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and handle expense reporting
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes to meeting owners
- Support event organization and assist with various tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of administrative experience required
- Proactive and able to anticipate team needs with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
