Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to executives in the Retirement Sales Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and handle expense reporting
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes to meeting owners
  • Support event organization and assist with various tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience required
  • Proactive and able to anticipate team needs with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
