State Licensed Design Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Design Execution Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from planning to issuance of construction drawings
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Track project deliverables, costs, schedules, and provide health reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of design project management experience required
• 7+ years of experience in design and/or construction project management preferred
• Strong understanding of design principles and practices
