Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Transactions LRL Manufacturing - Alliance, Transactions and R&D Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal aspects of post-execution license, collaboration, M&A, and other agreement issues
• Prepare, review, and negotiate complex R&D and commercial agreements
• Provide general legal and contract support for specified therapeutic areas and projects

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to the bar in at least one of the fifty states
• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactions
• Understanding of drug development and pharmaceutical industry experience
• Demonstrated business acumen
