Key Responsibilities
- Conducts inbound and outbound calls for medication adherence and prescription management
- Completes assignments ensuring productivity standards are met and provides clerical support to clinical staff
- Responds to escalated inquiries and assists in training new hires
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 6+ months of administrative support experience
- 6+ months of experience in a pharmacy/medical/healthcare setting
- 6+ months of call center experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook
