State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer prior authorization inquiry calls and resolve formulary and benefit issues
• Process member prescriptions or prior authorizations through various computer systems
• Handle inbound phone requests and gather member data for Pharmacist consultations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Active and in good standing State Board Pharmacy Technician Licensure
• Pharmacy Technicians Certification Board (PTCB) certification is a plus
• Must have home internet access and a secure workspace
• Ability to work with PCs and navigate multiple systems
