Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Agent, Direct Distribution - Personal Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact current policyholders to perform retention-related activities and cross-sell additional products
- Conduct service reviews with policyholders post-claim and save policies from cancellation
- Process policy changes and provide explanations regarding coverage and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate studies in insurance or related field preferred
- State licensing as required for property/casualty and life products in 45 states
- Three or more years of related work experience in property/casualty sales preferred
- Minimum one year of sales experience; insurance industry experience and call center exposure preferred
- Knowledge of property/casualty and life insurance products and related systems
