Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Specialist to coordinate the tracking, monitoring, documenting, and submission of stop loss claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stop loss claims by compiling and submitting claims to the carrier for reimbursement
- Provide customer service by following up with internal and external customers and training new employees
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in clerical and customer service roles
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Preferred experience in stop loss, claims, and/or health insurance
