Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to grow large accounts within their internet lead distribution platform for insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for current and new accounts, providing trusted account management
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate pipeline management
- Create and implement account plans while coordinating with multiple departments to meet objectives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Customer Success/Sales experience on internal business platforms preferred
- Ability to attend 4+ trade shows and conferences as needed
- Proven ability to manage high revenue accounts and generate referrals
- Experience in outbound/inbound sales and customer service
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
