Strategic Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights and data analysis to support Executive Management in decision-making for Customer Service functions
• Drive the creation and enhancement of Global Laboratory Solutions analytics and KPI reporting
• Act as Product Owner for critical analytics solutions and engage with stakeholders on project opportunities

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Five years of experience in data analytics or related roles
• Experience with Microsoft Tool Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Three years of experience with tools such as PowerBI, QlikSense, SAS, Databricks, Python, or Azure DevOps
• Two years of experience in implementing complex data projects in a global organization
