Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and converting them to technical requirements
- Lead discovery calls and deliver product demos to prospective customers, showcasing the value of the solution
- Drive adoption during proof of values by training managers and users on the solution
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 1-3 years in a technical pre-sales capacity
- Deep expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms
- Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for client engagement
- Fast learner with a passion for new technology
