Job Summary
A company is looking for an EE Supplemental Claims Analyst responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplemental insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims through final resolution
- Investigate eligibility, calculate payable benefits, and initiate accurate and timely payments
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members as a subject matter expert
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee benefits, claims, or financial services
- Experience with claim processing and direct claimant communication
- Experience with supplemental insurance or group benefit products preferred
- Mentoring or peer training experience preferred
