- Receive and resolve student and faculty inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Educate and troubleshoot technical support issues related to the University's platform tools
- Document incidents and provide detailed summaries for escalation to higher levels in the technology department
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of related experience in an inbound technical support environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and web browsers
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse audience
