A company is looking for a Middle Support Engineer to provide technical support and enhance system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for third-party tools and monitor product status
- Administer access control, troubleshoot service-related issues, and automate routine tasks
- Collaborate with the DevOps team and maintain the knowledge base with troubleshooting documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in technical support or IT service desk (L2)
- Proficiency in administering Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and related services
- Hands-on experience in automating processes and basic knowledge of programming languages
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL queries, and API technologies
- Very good level of English, at least upper-intermediate
