A company is looking for a Support Specialist - MyChart.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and customer service related to electronic medical record (EMR) applications
- Support providers, end users, and patients with their inquiries and issues
- Utilize a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for tracking support requests
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- One year of related work experience in customer service and/or information technology systems support
- Prior work experience in a healthcare environment and/or EMR is preferred
- Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
