Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming help tickets, escalated support calls, and live chats related to the software and products
- Provide professional customer service to members, partners, and staff in a timely manner
- Facilitate training and participate in member-facing meetings as needed

- Solid knowledge and experience with the Tessitura software and products
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to assume additional responsibilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in groups in a virtual environment
- Desire to focus on customer satisfaction and advocate for the customer experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic real-time responsibilities
