Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and strategies for technical training events
• Provide technical leadership during live training events and resolve issues
• Oversee the stability and reliability of the learning platform and drive improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Over 6 years of DevOps experience with containerized applications across cloud platforms
• Proficient in Python and Linux shell scripting for automation and system administration
• Experience in managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges under pressure
