A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their CRM and support cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day configuration and administration of HubSpot, ensuring reliability and usability
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Implement and maintain CRM processes, workflows, and data automations while managing integrations with other tools
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing and customizing CRMs, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and go-to-market processes
- Hands-on experience with reverse ETL tools like Census or Hightouch
- Experience in running QA and testing for new workflows or processes
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
