Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Jira and Confluence, addressing user-reported issues and configurations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with Jira board configurations
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the Atlassian suite while supporting cloud migration strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 4+ years in IT support and customer engagement
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center architectures
• Experience with Linux, Bash, and Unix command line
