Security Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated identity lifecycle workflows for internal users and healthcare stakeholders
• Build and support secure access frameworks for members, providers, and clients using Microsoft Entra External ID
• Collaborate with IAM architects and compliance teams to strengthen identity security and regulatory readiness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of IAM experience with a focus on automation, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance and Microsoft Entra External ID
• Strong scripting ability (PowerShell) and API proficiency (Microsoft Graph)
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH)
• Experience with identity provisioning and compliance-aligned auditing processes
