A company is looking for a Tax Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain customer relationships through regular engagement and strategic planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer resources, ensuring effective communication within service delivery support teams
- Manage customer tax account escalations and resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in Maintenance and/or Managed Services and customer relationship management
- Functional knowledge of human resources outsourcing with an emphasis on tax
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience with internal BPaaS processes and procedures is preferred
