Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Care Engagement Team
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members for various engagement initiatives
- Perform auditing processes, identify trends, and report on productivity
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 5 years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid managed care, or insurance environment preferred
- 4+ years of combined customer service and call center experience
- Knowledge of managed care software systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
