Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst - P&C Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions by determining project requirements and facilitating communication among stakeholders
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and maintenance
- Provide guidance on complex business projects, advising on solution options, timelines, and designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and business/industry
- 5+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
- 5+ years of experience working on moderate-to-complex projects or systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and Waterfall experience preferred
