Technical Co-Founder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Co-Founder to lead the development of AI-driven safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of AI-powered safety co-pilot from prototype through MVP and beyond
• Architect a system for multimodal data processing to enhance proprietary datasets
• Build and manage a high-caliber team of engineers and data scientists

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a founder or early-stage technical leader at a VC-backed B2B or enterprise applications startup
• Proven success building and shipping software products from scratch
• Strong grounding in front-end and back-end development, including architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Deep familiarity with ML pipelines, LLMs, and AI integration workflows
• Experience designing secure and auditable data pipelines across structured and unstructured inputs
