A company is looking for a Staff Technical Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with the Customer Experience teams to ensure positive outcomes
- Define successful adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies
- Work with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer value from the solutions offered
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers with a focus on automated engagement techniques
- Strong understanding of complex technology environments
- Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software companies is preferred
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Passion for technology and customer success
