Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contractor - Technical Editor & Document Control Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform database entry and word processing activities following established procedures
- Provide technical editing support to ensure documentation meets industry standards and corporate formats
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Quality Assurance procedures for document creation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate's degree in Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of experience as a technical editor with engineering/technical documents
- 1-2 years of experience in document control and records management systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and SharePoint)
- Eligibility to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
