Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Engagement Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive service objectives to completion and support customer-related workflows using security knowledge and expertise of the Falcon Platform
- Produce and deliver kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, along with periodic status updates for customers
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and improve service outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service with a focus on customer success and satisfaction
- Proficiency in operationalizing endpoint security technology and planning enterprise technology deployment
- Experience advising customers on information security risks
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or industry-related certifications
- Experience with common IT and Systems Management platforms and cloud technology platforms is a plus
