Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transition from Sales to Technical Onboarding, ensuring strong customer relationships and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with various teams to design and improve onboarding processes
- Document the onboarding journey, including project updates and status tracking
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions role within a SaaS or cybersecurity-focused organization
- Familiarity with federal or defense sector customers and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5, CMMC)
- Working knowledge of API integrations and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Experience documenting technical processes in knowledge bases
- Certification in customer success, project management, or cybersecurity is a plus
