Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead/Sr. Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize engineering projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, enhancing productivity and skill development
• Lead the design, development, and review of scalable technical solutions while ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of Full Stack engineering experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership skills, including mentorship and process improvement
• Experience with diverse technology stacks relevant to web and app development
• Extensive experience working in Agile teams and related tools
