Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead, WMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for the WMS, identifying opportunities for new capabilities and automation
• Improve software development practices within the WMS team using AI tools and automated testing
• Lead and mentor a team of WMS developers and administrators while planning and delivering WMS projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with WMS or enterprise systems in fulfillment or distribution environments
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C# and frameworks like .NET, with strong SQL development skills
• Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing
• Expertise in software architecture, API integration, and database design
